The Luxury Seafront Prestige Villa 2, with its three en suite bathrooms and top-floor outdoor dining terrace, is located in a quiet area of Kissonerga. It is close to local amenities such as shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The property is spacious and tastefully furnished, and it is only 15 meters from the Mediterranean Sea.
The village of Kissonerga is about halfway between Paphos and Coral Bay Beach. Lying near the sea, it is surrounded by lush greenery. By staying in the Kissonerga area for your holidays, you can easily explore the whole area of lower Paphos (or Paphos lowlands), while the rest of the Paphos region is within easy reach. What makes Kissonerga unique are its banana plantations and its archaeological sites. The archaeological sites date back to the prehistoric and the Chalcolithic periods. They are almost 9000 years old. Most of the beaches of Kissonerga are small and not well known. Kotsias Beach and Potima Bay Beach are both long, sandy beaches. Kotsias Beach is at the beginning and Potima Bay Beach is at the end of the Kissonerga coastline. In between, there are a few small but beautiful beaches. The shoreline of Kissonerga stretches to about six kilometres. Taking the Tombs of the Kings Road from Kato Paphos towards Coral Bay beach, the coastline starts after Chlorakas village. The Kotsias beach is the boundary between Kissonerga and the adjacent town of Chlorakas to the east. To the other end, the coastline of Kissonerga finishes near the Coral Bay beach. Driving a car, you will notice this when the road is next to the sea to your left. The boundaries of Kissonerga are at the point where the road starts to diverge from the coast. That is the point where Kissonerga ends. While most of the coastline is rocky, a few nice sandy beaches are suitable for swimming.
You will find the large living and dining area upon entering the villa. The spacious living area is comfortably furnished with a huge sofa, coffee table and a working fireplace. For entertainment, you will find a flat-screen TV and free wireless internet. The dining area features a dining table and seating for 6. Connected to the living and dining area you will find the well-equipped kitchen with granite worktops. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, 4-ring hob (electric), oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, extractor hood, microwave, plates, forks, spoons, knives, pots, pans, tea and coffee cups, water and wine glasses and everything you need for a self-catering holiday.
Large sliding doors lead from the living and dining area to the patio area surrounding the swimming pool, providing undisturbed sea views. Further on the ground floor, you will find a guest bathroom.
Moving up onto the next floor you will find the master bedroom. This double bedroom has a luxury en-suite bathroom and a private balcony to enjoy the amazing sea views. Two more bedrooms are located on the same floor. Double bedroom and twin bedroom, each has its bathroom.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout with units in each of the 3 bedrooms and a larger unit in the living area which can be used for both cooling and heating. The villa offers private parking.
All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron board and iron are supplied. Wi-Fi is included. The electricity fee is an extra charge.

- Departure Checklist: Before leaving, please close all windows and return the key to the lockbox.
